Acceptance

By creating a MarginGoose account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MarginGoose is a profit-analytics product for Etsy print-on-demand sellers. We connect to Etsy through the official Etsy Open API (OAuth 2.0) and to Printify through the official Printify API, both read-only, to compute order-level profit metrics inside MarginGoose.

Your accounts

You are responsible for keeping your MarginGoose, Etsy, and Printify credentials secure. You must comply with Etsy’s and Printify’s own terms of use when authorizing MarginGoose to access those platforms on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MarginGoose to violate Etsy’s or Printify’s terms or policies.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Use MarginGoose to scrape or extract data from Etsy or any other platform.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. During the beta period some features may be offered free of charge or with limited availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Etsy’s API Terms, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from inside the product or by emailing hello@margingoose.com.

Data ownership

Your shop data remains yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Disclaimer

MarginGoose provides analytics for informational purposes. We do our best to compute accurate profit numbers from the data Etsy and Printify make available, but you remain responsible for your own business, tax, and accounting decisions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginGoose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Third-party trademarks

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. “Printify” is a trademark of Printify, Inc. MarginGoose is an independent product and is not affiliated with Etsy or Printify.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email before they take effect.
